When Everything Shifts: On Home, Letting Go, and the Arrow of Change
Home isn’t a place. It’s a frequency.
Coming back from months in Mexico has shifted everything. I’ve been moving in and out of my Toronto condo, preparing to say goodbye to a space I’ve loved for years. Through all this change, I’ve learned something powerful, sometimes life pulls us back before it propels us forward.
Just like an arrow.
Right before the leap, fear can creep in. The “what ifs” swirl. But when we move through the fear, the world responds in ways we could never have planned.
In my latest blog, I’m sharing what this season has taught me about letting go, trusting the pull, and flying forward.

Relationships as Catalysts for Spiritual Growth: Celebrating Two Years of Love & Transformation
Relationships are some of our greatest teachers, offering lessons in love, communication, and self-awareness that we might never discover on our own. As I celebrate two years with my partner, I’m reflecting on how this relationship has been a catalyst for my deepest spiritual growth. Unlike past relationships, where I would run from challenges, I’ve learned to stay, to communicate, and to embrace love as a path to healing and transformation. Relationships are mirrors, reflecting our truest selves back to us. In this post, I share my journey of heartbreak, healing, and the soul lessons that love continues to reveal.
