Reiki sessions support deep balance, release, and restoration, blending hands-on energy healing with breathwork, sound, and crystal support to calm the nervous system and realign your energetic field.
Each session begins with a gentle check-in and intention setting, followed by guided breathwork and sound activation to help you settle into your body. Using intuitively selected crystals, I work through your energy centers (chakras) to clear blockages, restore flow, and bring your system back into harmony.
Sessions conclude with grounding and energetic sealing, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, deeply relaxed, and more connected to yourself.

During life transitions, unexpected changes, or heightened stress, weekly sessions over a 4–6 week period can provide deeper energetic support, grounding, and renewal.
This four-session package is designed to make regular energy care more accessible and is available both in-person and online.
