This course is an introduction to Reiki Universal Life Force Energy.
You’ll learn the history and foundations of Reiki, its guiding principles, the chakra system, and how energy moves through the body. You’ll also explore essential grounding, protection, and self care practices for working with energy safely and intuitively.
You’ll receive a First Degree attunement, and once attuned by a Reiki Master, Reiki becomes a lifelong gift that will never leave you.
