My Journey

After 18 years in the corporate world, I felt my soul calling me home.

The full truth is harder than that sentence, I stayed years longer than I should have, in an environment that wore down my self-worth before I found the courage to leave.

That's the story underneath my work, not just behind it.

What followed was a profound unraveling. I immersed myself in the unseen world of energy, consciousness, and spirit, releasing old identities and returning to the quiet wisdom that had been there all along, beneath the noise. Over time, what began as my own path became a calling to walk alongside others on theirs.

That journey led me to become trained and certified in:

• Reiki (Divine Yu, Usui, Tibetan — attuned through Level 9) as a Reiki Grandmaster and Teacher

• Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), a form of past-life regression hypnotherapy created by Dolores Cannon — Level 2 Practitioner

• Certified Akashic Records Practitioner, trained through Kara Melendy

• Astrology Studies — Deborah Silverman Astrology School (Tropical) & Vedic (Online training)

• Crystal Energy Guide, certified through Kyle Gray

• Angel Card Reader, trained through the Angel Intelligence Certification Program (which I now co-host with Shelley Boudah), Hay House's Certified Card Reader Online Course, and Sarah Hall's Angelic Ascension Program
